Job summary

LJA Land Development in North Carolina is seeking a Group Manager to coordinate and direct major engineering projects and smaller, complex undertakings. You will lead land development due diligence and entitlement activities for large master planned communities, while acting as a trusted advisor to the client and teammates.

As a Brand Ambassador for LJA, you will grow the company’s presence, meet with clients, and represent us at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer registration required.
• Local land development experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development due diligence and entitlement activities for large master planned communities.
• Strategize and serve as trusted advisor to clients.
• Grow and develop the LJA Land Development presence in the market as Brand Ambassador.
• Meet with existing and potential clients for business development.
• Represent LJA at events, seminars, and workshops beyond normal hours.
• Provide technical advice and act as subject matter expert.
• Improve internal processes for delivering projects.
