Qualifications
- Land development experience in the local market
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Responsibilities
- Lead land development due diligence and entitlement activities for large master planned communities; strategize and advise clients
- Act as a Brand Ambassador to grow LJA Land Development presence in the market
- Meet with existing and potential clients for business development
- Represent LJA at events, seminars, and workshops outside normal hours
- Provide technical advice as subject matter expert
- Apply collaborative delivery methodologies for internal and external clients
- Create, maintain, and improve internal project delivery processes
