Job summary

Advanced Atomization Technologies, LLC is seeking a Group Leader II to oversee daily tasks, drive lean improvements, and support Ops Leader in achieving production goals.

The role focuses on line supervision, problem solving, and mentoring team members, with emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Requires strong leadership and ability to coordinate with planners and engineers.

Qualifications

• Group Leader I preferred.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be an AA TECH employee for at least 2 years preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Maintain qualification in one or more of the production operations in their area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Typically performs hands-on, functional responsibilities of the shift.
• Backups Ops Leader to assist with priority jobs.
• Facilitates team problem solving and meetings.
• Partners with planners, manufacturing engineering, and quality engineering to implement changes.
• Tracks productivity and ensures customer due dates.
• Performs safety investigations and corrective actions.
