Qualifications

• Encourages and is receptive to suggestions and new ideas.
• Recommends new techniques, systems and procedures.
• Provides clear, concise instruction and assists in resolving technical questions and team concerns/issues.

Responsibilities

• Typically performs hands-on, functional responsibilities of the shift.
• Fills the role of backup of the Operations Leader to assist with priority jobs.
• Facilitates team problem solving and team meetings as required.
• Partners with planners, manufacturing and quality engineering to implement changes to reduce errors and meet due dates.
• Tracks team productivity and ensures actions are completed.
