Job summary

Advanced Atomization Technologies (AA TECH) seeks a Group Leader I to provide technical direction to production teams in our U.S. facility. You will assist the Ops Leader in assigning daily tasks, monitoring results, and driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires lean knowledge, ability to train staff, and collaboration with planners, manufacturing and quality teams. Overtime may be required. Due to government contracting status, U.S.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
AA TECH employee for at least 1 year preferred.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Proficiency navigating MSS and Microsoft products.
Previous logistics experience required.

Responsibilities

Train for multiple job functions as primary trainer.
Perform daily production tasks as directed by leaders.
Back up Ops Leader/Group Leader II as needed.
Facilitate team problem solving and meetings.
Oversee one or more work centers within a production area.
Maintain required sign-on credentials and contribute to audits.
