Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• External candidates with 1 year of leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• AA TECH employee for at least 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assigning tasks and daily production duties.
• Lead team meetings and problem solving.
• Oversee one or more work centers and ensure safety audits are conducted.
• Coordinate with planners and engineers to reduce errors and improve throughput.
• Participate in potential new hire interviews as required.
