Job summary

Credit Karma is seeking a Group Manager in San Diego to lead strategic partnerships with data relationships and credit bureaus. You will shape partner strategy, negotiate deals, and drive execution to support Credit Karma's 100+ million members.

You will work closely with product, engineering, legal, and finance teams to manage end-to-end deals and integrate new data assets, while mentoring a cross-functional team and influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting, business development, or partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience building data partnerships and dealing with bureaus.

Responsibilities

• Develop partner strategy and evaluate new data offerings for fit and value.
• Lead relationships with Credit Karma’s bureau and data partners' teams.
• Structure and negotiate complex deals with key data partners.
• Manage the pipeline of projects spanning new business development and technical integrations.
• Oversee end-to-end deal processes across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance.
• Collaborate to integrate with and onboard new data assets and technology.
