Job summary

DDRC is seeking a Program Manager for Group Homes in a Central, hybrid Colorado setting. You will lead residential services, supervise staff, and ensure person-centered supports while maintaining compliance with regulations and budgets.

You will foster teamwork, coach staff, manage daily operations, and partner with individuals and families to implement goals in home environments where people flourish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting individuals with IDD or in a related field.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Must meet criminal background and CAPS eligibility requirements.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (HCPF, CDPHE, CMS, HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees Group Home services to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with individuals, families, and support teams to align with goals.
• Monitors safety and person-centered planning across homes.
• Supervises and supports staff teams, including hiring and scheduling.
• Provides training and coaching on household expectations and documentation.
• Oversees budgets, staffing, supplies, and operations.
• Maintains accurate documentation and records for compliance.
• Addresses performance, compliance, and service delivery concerns.
• Responds to incidents to ensure health and continuity of supports.
