Job summary

Danville Services is seeking an empathetic Residential Group Home Program Manager to support adults with IDD in a residential setting. You will lead a team of Direct Support Staff, coordinate client goals, and partner with nursing, behavior, and program leadership to ensure quality care and safe, welcoming homes.

This role requires 2+ years in IDD, strong communication, and a track record of supervising staff and managing schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with IDD population required.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, 3+ years driving experience.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Strong communication with individuals and families.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech.
• Willingness to pass a background check and learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee needs and supports of 8 individuals in residential group home.
• Direct supervision of 10–15 Direct Support Staff and documentation.
• Review MARs with Nursing Team for accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate schedules with Program Director and Hiring Manager.
• Oversee safety, cleanliness, and weekly/monthly inspections.
• Lead planning meetings and coordinate goals/activities.
• Ensure incident reporting is completed and tracked.
