Job summary

Better Community Living Inc is seeking a hands-on Residential Manager to direct, supervise, and train staff while working with adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will coordinate residence operations, liaise with DDS, families and community partners, and oversee medical, behavioral and financial activities.

Requirements include 3–5 years of DDS program management experience, staff supervision, and required certifications such as First Aid, CPR, MAP, and CPI.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years residential DDS program management experience.
• Direct support staff supervision experience.
• First Aid, CPR, MAP and CPI certifications required or recertification provided.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision, direction and training of staff in a residential home.
• Coordinate operations, liaison with DDS, families and community partners.
• Oversee medical, behavioral plans and reporting; manage schedules and records.
• Monitor safety, facility maintenance and emergency procedures.
