Job summary

Danville Services Corporation is seeking a Residential Group Home Program Manager to lead a team supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will supervise Direct Support Staff, coordinate care, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and program fidelity.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, review of care logs, MARs with nursing, scheduling, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities population.
• Valid driver’s license, 3+ years driving experience, clean record.
• Able to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide direct care.
• Strong communication skills with individuals and families.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in caregiving environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee needs and supports of 8 individuals in residential setting.
• Supervise 10–15 Direct Support Staff and ensure quality of care.
• Review care logs, goals data, and inter-staff communications.
• Review MARs with Nursing Team for accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of home/program.
• Coordinate scheduling and training with Program Director.
• Lead weekly planning meetings and coordinate goals/activities.
• Monitor timecards and approve time off.
• Facilitate incident reporting and emergency response.
