Job summary

Rise Services, Inc. in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a Group Home Coordinator/Supervisor for our adult ID/DD group home. The role ensures day-to-day operations, supports quality of life, and coordinates Direct Support Professionals to deliver person-centered care.

You will recruit, hire, train, supervise DSP staff, manage records, payroll, licensing compliance, and budget oversight, while maintaining safe environments and adherence to state and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on call.
• Experience supervising staff in home care or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the residential group home program while upholding Rise's mission and values.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
• Oversee program records, payroll, and billing documentation.
• Ensure licensing, survey, and contractual compliance.
• Demonstrate financial and budgetary competency.
• Assist residents with daily living, community access, and health needs as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe environments and comply with all policies and regulations.
