Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a home care setting.
• Experience providing person-centered support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the residential group home program in alignment with RISe mission and values.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
• Oversee program records, payroll, and billing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, surveys, and contractual requirements.
• Demonstrate competency in budgeting and financial issues.
• Assist residents with daily living, community access, and medical needs as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe environments and comply with AZ DES and licensing standards.
• Adhere to RISe and AZ State DDD policies.
