Job summary

RISE is seeking a Group Home Coordinator/Supervisor for its adult ID/DD program in Tucson, AZ. The role oversees a residential group home, leading Direct Support Professionals and ensuring person-centered support and regulatory compliance.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage payroll/billing, and maintain safe, compliant operations in alignment with state requirements. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of supervisory experience in home care, and strong

High School Diploma or GED required.
Two years of supervisory experience in home care or a related setting.
Experience providing person-centered support for developmental and physical disabilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and support the residential group home program in line with RISe mission, vision and values.
Recruit, hire, coach, train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and manage performance.
Complete payroll and billing documentation accurately and on time.
Ensure licensing, survey, and contractual compliance.
Support daily living, community access, medication needs, and coordinate with health providers as needed.
Maintain clean, safe environments and ensure policy compliance with RISe and AZ DDD regulations.
