Job summary

Rise Services, Inc. is seeking a Group Home Coordinator/Supervisor for our adult ID/DD group home in Tucson, AZ. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports residents’ quality of life, and guides Direct Support Professional staff with a person-centered approach.

Qualifications

Desire and experience in working with people with disabilities or special needs.
Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals or similar roles.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and support the residential group home program in alignment with RISe mission and regulatory requirements.
Recruit, hire, coach, train and supervise DSP staff and oversee performance.
Maintain program records, payroll and billing documentation on schedule.
Ensure licensing, survey and contractual compliance; manage budgets and finances.
Assist residents with daily living, community access, and medical needs as applicable.
Ensure clean, safe environments and adherence to policies and program guidelines.
