Job summary

RISE is seeking a Group Home Coordinator/Supervisor for its adult ID/DD group home in Mesa, AZ. The role is safety sensitive and oversees day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and person-centered support to residents.

Responsibilities include payroll, licensing compliance, and coordinating with DSP staff to deliver quality, community-based services in a compliant, respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the residential group home program, aligning with the RISE mission and values.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP) with performance management.
• Maintain payroll and billing documentation accurately and timely.
• Ensure licensing/survey requirements and contractual compliance are met.
• Demonstrate financial/budgetary competence.
• Assist individuals with daily living supports, community access, medication, and medical needs as indicated.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and compliance with policies and procedures.
