Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Manage and support residential group home operations and staff.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
• Oversee program records, payroll and billing documentation.
• Ensure licensing, survey, and contractual compliance.
• Support daily living, community access, and medical needs as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe environments and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure compliance with RI SE and AZ DDD regulations and policies.
