Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of work and supervisory experience with an organization providing home care support services.
• Experience with person-centered approaches for people with developmental and physical disabilities in long-term settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the residential group home program by implementing the Rise mission, vision and values.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and manage DSP performance.
• Oversee and manage program and company records; ensure payroll and billing documentation is accurate and timely.
• Ensure licensing/survey requirements and contractual compliance are met.
• Demonstrate competency in budgeting and financial issues; manage daily living supports and community access.
• Maintain safe, clean environments and ensure services meet policies and AZ State licensing requirements.
• Comply with Rise policies and AZ DDD regulations and ensure program alignment with regulations.
