Job summary

Rise Inc. in Tucson/Wilmot, AZ is seeking a responsible supervisor to manage residential group home programs and lead Direct Support Professionals. The role focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance, budgeting, and high-quality supports for individuals with disabilities.

You will recruit, train, and supervise DSP staff, manage records, payroll, and billing, and ensure programs meet state licensing. Excellent communication and organization are essential, with flexible hours and on-call

Qualifications

• Desire/experience in working with people with disabilities or special needs.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of work and supervisory experience with home care services.
• Experience applying person-centred approach for individuals with disabilities in long-term settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality support, reliability, and flexibility.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the residential group home program to uphold RISE mission, vision and values.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
• Oversee and manage program and company records.
• Complete payroll and billing documentation accurately and on time.
• Ensure programs meet licensing, survey, and contractual requirements.
• Demonstrate competency in budgeting and financial matters.
• Assist clients with daily living, community access, medications, and medical needs as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure compliance with policies and AZ licensing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with RISE and AZ DDD regulations.
