Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking a Group Home Supervisor in New Jersey to oversee Direct Support staff and operations for 1–3 facilities delivering Non-ICF services. You will supervise Direct Support Associates and ensure efficient daily operations.

Collaborate with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans, monitor three shifts, and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback, including medication audits and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and CPR after certification.
• CPR, First Aid, and NCI/MedTech certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans and standardize procedures.
• Monitor all three shifts to mentor staff and maintain harmony between employees and people supported.
• Provide audits for medication administration and ensure training requirements are met.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage staff development and feedback.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
