Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) for Moon Township, PA. You will supervise Direct Support staff and coordinate operations across 1–3 facilities providing Non-ICF services, ensuring person-centered care and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with clinical teams, support training and performance reviews, and provide after-hours/on-call coverage as part of the care rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs and CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
• Monitors and provides feedback to staff across all shifts.
• Maintains safety and quality by audits of medication administration and compliance.
• Assists with training and performance reviews; manages on-call coverage.
