Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) for Moon Township, PA. This full-time role oversees Direct Support staff and operations across 1–3 facilities delivering Non-ICF services, ensuring quality care and compliant procedures.

You will work with clinical teams to implement person-centered plans, supervise three shifts, conduct reviews, monitor safety and budgets, and provide after-hours coverage. CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates Direct Support employees and manages operations of 1-3 facility/facilities providing Non-ICF services.
• Leads and directs the work of Direct Support Associates and is responsible for the operations of the locations assigned to.
• Works with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans and standardize procedures.
• Monitors staff across three shifts, providing feedback and ensuring positive relationships with people supported.
• Provides audits for medication administration.
• Resolves employee issues and conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures staff meet training requirements and attend required events.
• Monitors select budget items and stays within guidelines.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
