Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in home care.
• Experience with person-centered philosophy for disabilities.
• Dedication to quality support; self-motivated and dependable.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Language ability other than English may be required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support residential group home program by implementing mission, vision and values.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
• Oversee and manage details of company and program records.
• Complete and maintain payroll and billing documentation.
• Ensure licensing/survey requirements and contractual compliance.
• Demonstrate competency in financial and budgetary issues.
• Ensure daily living supports, community access, medications and medical issues as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe environments; comply with AZ DDD regulations.
• Ensure compliance with RISE and AZ State DDD policies.
