Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a strong desire and experience in working with people with disabilities or special needs.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least two years of work and supervisory experience in home care services.
• Experience providing person-centered philosophy for people with developmental and physical disabilities in long-term settings.
• Demonstrated dedication to quality support, self-motivation, honesty and flexibility.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities may be required for program needs.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on call.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the residential group home program, upholding RISE mission and values and positively impacting the group home operation.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and oversee DSP performance.
• Oversee and manage program records and company details.
• Complete and maintain payroll and billing documentation accurately and on time.
• Ensure programs meet licensing/survey requirements and contractual compliance.
• Demonstrate competency in financial and budgetary matters.
• Assist individuals with daily living, community access, medication, and medical needs as indicated.
• Maintain clean and safe environments and ensure services meet policies and procedures; comply with AZ DDD and other licensing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with RISE and AZ DDD regulations and policies.
