Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in home care services.
• Experience with person-centered philosophy for developmental/physical disabilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Non-English language abilities may be required for the program.
• Ability to work flexible hours and on call.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the residential group home program in alignment with RISE mission and values.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and manage DSP performance.
• Oversee and maintain program records and payroll/billing documentation.
• Ensure licensing, survey requirements and contractual compliance are met.
• Contribute to financial and budgetary oversight and ensure safe, clean environments.
