Job summary

Waystone Health & Human Services in Salisbury, MA seeks a Residential Program Manager to oversee a four-to-eight person group home, develop Individual Support Plans, and lead a team of direct care professionals to promote independence and belonging.

This 40-hour exempt role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, on-call coverage, and a salary range of $46,800–$52,264 with benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement match, paid time off, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED with at least three years’ experience in IDD.
• Supervisory/administrative experience in residential/human services.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to follow ISP and communicate with families.
• MAP Certification; CPR/First Aid training offered by Waystone.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and coach staff; provide supervision and performance support.
• Develop and implement Individual Support Plans with the clinical team.
• Ensure quality health care; schedule medical appointments and follow medical recommendations.
• Maintain family relations; coordinate meetings and train staff on family engagement.
• Keep records updated; oversee medications and orders; perform on-call coverage as needed.
