Waystone Health & Health Services is seeking a Residential Program Manager for group homes serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will lead a team, develop Individual Support Plans, ensure quality care, and coordinate medical needs with clinical staff.
The role includes on-call responsibilities, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, with 24/7 operations support and potential evening/weekend coverage. Compensation ranges from $46,800 to $52,264 with competitive benefits.

Compensation range: This is a 40-hour exempt full-time position. The annualized salary will be $46,800 – $52,264. This position is benefit eligible as of date of hire.
