• PMT, Med cert, First Aid/CPR (Required)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for group homes and staffing.
• Oversee DDS reporting and licensing processes.
• Manage group home managers and ensure up-to-date care and scheduling.
• Coordinate staff recruitment, scheduling, and payroll oversight.
• Engage with community activities and PCP decision making.
