Job summary

Whole Life in Brooklyn, CT is seeking a Full-time Manager to oversee a group home, including business operations, DDS reporting and licensing. The role requires hands-on leadership of a DSP and ensuring wellbeing of residents.

Candidates should have prior experience running a group home, be self-starters and able to work independently. Responsibilities include budgeting, training, staffing, and coordinating PCP decisions to support residents in a least restrictive environment.

Qualifications

• PMT, Med cert, First Aid/CPR (Required)
• Proof of High School Diploma (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Ability to pass a Background Check (Required)
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends or holidays as needed
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive group home cohesiveness and staffing oversight.
• Oversee DDS reporting and licensing processes from start to finish
• Manage scheduling, interviewing, and staffing to ensure stability of group homes
• Support DSP and lead PCP decision-making for residents' wellbeing
• Ensure trainings are effective and staff are fulfilled in their roles
• Oversee financial aspects including spend downs and payroll.
• Coordinate regional field operations and community access for residents
