The role emphasizes independent work and strong leadership to guide DSPs and staff, ensuring wellbeing and community integration. The ideal candidate has experience running a group home or day program, a background in program management, and is capable of budgeting and staff development to support

Qualifications

Residential/ Program Manager: 1 year.
Working with individuals with disabilities: 2 years.
PMT, Med cert, First Aid/CPR (Required)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic plan of action to drive group home cohesiveness with staffing oversight and wellbeing for residents.
Oversee the reporting process from start to finish, including DDS reporting, weekly and monthly paperwork.
Develop scheduling processes and interview oversight to maintain group home stability and staffing momentum.
Manage group home managers and ensure up-to-date practices, doctor appointments, and team empowerment.
Oversee community activities and trainings to ensure staff meet goals and PTO accountability.
