Qualifications

• Experience in providing direct care to developmentally disabled individuals.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Driver's license valid in New Jersey for mobility as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day group home operations, including health care and well-being of residents, staffing, supplies, and upkeep.
• Supervise staff in personal care, safety, and psycho/social needs of residents.
• Plan and organize work, evaluate staff performance, and participate in hiring/firing decisions.
• Monitor absenteeism and lateness and report to HR.
