The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; minimum 1 year in a supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, manage and direct the overall operation of the residence.
• Provide training, supervision and support to subordinate staff.
• Ensure compliance with funding sources and oversight of residential programs.
• Network and communicate with funding sources, supervisors, staff, participants and community partners.
