You will develop and implement care plans, coordinate with healthcare providers, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage records, budgets, and activities to promote resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
• Valid NJ non-probationary driver's license.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individual care plans for residents.
• Supervise direct care staff and conduct meetings.
• Maintain resident records and assist with budget tracking.
