Center for Humanistic Change of NJ, Inc. (CHCNJ) is seeking a Group Home Manager for our Green Twp, NJ location. The role pays $26.00 per hour and requires a minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a community-based residential setting, plus previous supervisory experience.

A college degree in a related field is preferred. The position involves day, evening, and weekend hours with schedule flexibility to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience with people with developmental disabilities in community-based settings.
• Experience in residential group homes preferred.
• Must be 18+, HS diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate residential services to enhance community integration.
• Supervise the Assistant Manager and staff.
• Involve in recruitment and hiring of new staff.
• Manage and account for household funds.
• Ensure proper documentation of service delivery.
