Hope Christian Services is seeking a Group Home Manager in New Jersey to oversee the daily operations of a residential group home. You will supervise direct support professionals and an assistant manager, ensure safety and quality of care, and promote residents’ independence.

Responsibilities include staffing, documentation, coordinating medical needs, and participating in ISP meetings. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of experience with developmental disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Supervise DSPs and the Assistant Manager to ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the Electronic Documentation System.
• Attend ISP meetings and participate in staff scheduling and orientation.
• Oversee safety, medication checks, and daily operations of the group home.
