Job summary

Irene Wortham Center Inc. seeks a residential supervisor to oversee daily operations of the group home, directing Direct Support Professionals and Shift Leaders to ensure client safety and program compliance.

You will manage staff scheduling, maintain training records, participate in IPP meetings, and assist with inspections and budget monitoring, contributing to a supportive living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience, with ICF/IID exposure.
• Clean criminal background and health care registry check.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License.
• Ability to work with individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals, Medication technicians, and Shift Leaders.
• Schedule staff and ensure coverage for all shifts.
• Monitor budgets, purchase requisitions, overtime and salary sheets.
• Complete evaluations and conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Attend client IPP meetings and inspections preparations.
• Maintain training records and ensure timely trainings.
