Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, with some ICF/IID experience.
• Must be eighteen years of age or older and have a valid North Carolina Driver’s License.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with special needs and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential group home.
• Directly supervise Direct Support Professionals and Medication Technicians on all shifts.
• Ensure ICF/IID regulations and IWRC policies are followed at all times.
• Assist with staff training and supervise staff performance evaluations.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure coverage for all shifts.
• Monitor budgets, petty cash, and purchasing for the home.
• Attend client IPP meetings and quarterly medication reviews as needed.
• Coordinate and participate in community inclusion activities.
