Job summary

Hudson Milestones Inc. is seeking a Residential Coordinator (Group Home Manager) to lead a Hudson County-based group home and oversee programs for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

The role requires ensuring compliance with agency and state standards, quality assurance, and staff training. The RC will manage daily operations, document logs and reports, coordinate health care and transportation for residents, supervise staff, and participate in budget and fundraising activities

Qualifications

• Valid NJ driver’s license required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass physical and substance screening, fingerprinting, and complete online state-m mandated training prior to Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Read, know and comply with all governing documents (contracts, agency policies and procedures, state/federal standards, manuals and circulars).
• Maintain logs, records, forms, schedules, and reports; keep program files per agency and DD standards.
• Supervise staff and volunteers; provide guidance, role modeling and instruction; ensure staff training and new hire orientation.
