Job summary

Hudson Milestones Inc. seeks an experienced Residential Services Supervisor to oversee program operations, staff development, and quality assurance. You will supervise group home staff, manage compliance with NJ standards, and coordinate intake and service delivery in a residential setting.

The role requires leadership in budgeting, payroll coordination, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality residential services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in residential settings.
• Minimum 2 years additional experience in a residential program.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience in a residential program.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License; clean records for required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate multiple group home staff and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, standards, and manuals.
• Accurately report UIRs to Department Director and NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities.
• Develop and maintain program budgets and expenditure records.
• Coordinate payroll and insurance/maintenance matters with relevant departments.
• Monitor site operations, records, safety, and medication supervision.
• Maintain CQI processes and update operations manuals as required.
• Coordinate intake and admissions per eligibility criteria.
• Develop and implement new residential services per client needs.
• Liaise with Support Coordination Agencies and external contacts.
• Schedule meetings and ensure program coverage; supervise staff schedules.
