Job summary

Center for Humanistic Change of NJ, Inc in Denville, NJ seeks a Group Home Manager to lead a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will coordinate services, supervise staff, maintain program quality and ensure compliance with policies.

This role offers $26.00 per hour with a flexible schedule including day, evening and weekend hours. A minimum of two years' supervisory experience is required; a related college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Minimum 2 years experience with people with developmental disabilities in community-based setting.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential services to enhance community integration.
• Act as an appropriate role model for staff and individuals.
• Supervision of the Assistant Manager and staff.
• Involvement in recruitment and hiring of new staff.
• Accountability for household and individual funds.
• Implementation and monitoring of individual treatment plans.
• Open communication with clinical staff and supervisors regarding program needs.
• Maintenance of staffing patterns to meet program needs and provide direct care as needed.
