Job summary

United Counseling Service in Vermont is seeking a Group Home Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, coordinate client services, and ensure regulatory compliance across facilities.

You will partner with the Program Manager, supervise staff, manage scheduling, training, and documentation, and support clients with daily living activities, community engagement, and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations across multiple facilities.
• Supervise staff, coordinate recruitment and scheduling, and provide regular supervision.
• Train staff in safety procedures, documentation, and client-specific needs.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate services and ISA-related activities for client-centered planning.
• Support direct care, ADLs, meals, medication administration, and community activities.
• Maintain licensing documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and act as liaison between programs.
