Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in 24-hour care.
• Residential Group Home Management strongly preferred.
• Compassionate leadership: lead with empathy and build trust in a person-centered environment.
• Strong communication with individuals, families, and staff.
• Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and oversee daily operations.
• Problem-solving and decision-making in unexpected situations.
• Team leadership and coaching to motivate staff.

Responsibilities
