Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring quality measures, recruiting and training, and coordinating with state partners to advance clinical goals while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related counseling field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Licensed in Vermont to provide substance use disorder treatment.
• Three years of experience in related crisis, mental health, substance use, emergency services, or community mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively manages program requirements and activities, oversees daily workflow, and tracks KPIs.
• Provides leadership and direct supervision for all program staff, including time sheets, supervision, assignments, and performance reviews.
• Provides assessment and therapy within SUD/mental health services and coordinates with partners for referrals and program goals.
• Develops community awareness and collaborates with state and community agencies to meet needs.
