United Counseling Service (UCS) is seeking a Group Home Manager to lead daily operations across multiple facilities in Bennington County. You will supervise staff, coordinate programs, manage documentation, and ensure ISA compliance while delivering high-quality direct care and community supports.

The role emphasizes staff development, safety, and collaborative relationships with providers, ensuring consistent services and client-centered goals in a dynamic nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience (3–5 years) in similar settings.
• Experience coordinating programs, documentation, and licensing compliance.
• Ability to provide direct care support and train staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily group home operations under Program Manager.
• Supervise staff, create schedules, and coordinate training.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and ISA compliance documentation.
• Provide direct care support as needed, including ADLs and medication reminders.
• Coordinate services with providers and participate in on-call rotation.
