Job summary

United Counseling Service of Bennington County Inc in Vermont is seeking a Group Home Manager to oversee daily operations of our group home, supervise staff, coordinate client services, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage household needs.

This role requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 3–5 years of supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain medication administration certification within six months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must become certified to pass medications within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff supervision and development under the Program Manager.
• Coordinate programs, client services, and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date client and program records and reports.
• Provide direct care support and assist with ADLs when needed.
• Oversee ISA planning, services coordination, and regulatory compliance.
