The role emphasizes leadership, supervision, and coordination with partners to advance clinical goals, quality improvement, and patient outcomes while maintaining compliant record keeping and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related counseling field with experience working with children and families.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Licensed in Vermont to provide substance use disorder treatment.
• Three years of experience in related crisis, mental health, substance use, emergency services, or community mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow and KPI reporting.
• Provide supervision and guidance to program staff.
• Deliver assessment and therapy within SUD and mental health services.
• Develop community outreach and program development.
