Job summary

Danville Services of Arizona provides direct support for developmentally disabled adults in their homes. House Managers oversee day-to-day operations to ensure clients achieve quality of life, joy, relationships, and independence, while ensuring quality services and adequate staffing.

This full-time, in-person role requires a high school diploma, supervisory experience, and the ability to pass background checks and E-Verify.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and at least two years of direct care experience.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Background check and valid driver license required.
• Must pass E-Verify verification upon hire.
• Fingerprinted clearance card or ability to obtain one.
• Proficient with Word/Excel and English reading/writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the home to ensure clients achieve their desired quality of life and independence.
• Oversee staff to ensure competency and adequate staffing of the group home.
• Ensure clients receive quality services and are supported to remain as independent as possible.
• Coordinate with team to foster relationships and joy in clients' lives.
