Job summary

Danville Services of Arizona provides direct support for developmentally disabled adults in their homes. House Managers are responsible for managing the day to day operations of their program to assure clients achieve their desired quality of life, to have joy, relationships, and celebration in their lives, and to be as independent as possible.

Managers are responsible to ensure that clients receive quality services, for managing their employees to ensure competency and to ensure adequate

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2+ years working with developmentally disabled adults preferred.
• One year supervisory or staff supervision experience preferred.
• AZ Central Registry background check required.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Pass E-Verify on hire.
• AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the program to ensure client quality of life.
• Supervise employees to ensure competency and adequate staffing of the group home.
• Ensure clients receive quality services and support independence, joy and relationships.
