Responsibilities

• Develop individualized support plans and programs for members.
• Supervise and train staff, ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and DDD guidelines.
• Manage documentation, incident reporting, and monthly PCSP reporting.
• Coordinate member doctor appointments and maintain medical records.
• Foster family and community engagement and advocacy.
• Respond to crises; participate in emergency drills and on-call coverage.
• Oversee budget and procurement of groceries and supplies, process receipts.
• Monitor member progress and program effectiveness, prepare stakeholder reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support.
