Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in New Jersey seeks a Group Homes Program Manager (IDD Population) to oversee residential services, supervise multiple group home supervisors and direct support professionals, and ensure person-centered plans are implemented.

The role collaborates with clinical staff, covers shifts during shortages, participates in investigations and compliance, and reports to the IDD Regional Operations Director; requires high school diploma and relevant experience; on-call availability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree preferred.
• Years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and availability for on-call coverage.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification a plus.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work with clinical staff to maintain communication, provide feedback, standardize procedures, and implement person-centered plans.
• Provide shift coverage and on-call support during staff shortages.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to improve efficiency and workflow for subordinates.
• Assist the Administrator with developing services and overseeing the unit; support investigations for compliance and abuse/neglect allegations.
• Take rotating on-call responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
